复合管道系统


德国菲特维德PPR-AL-PERT复合管道系统由五层构成,以搭接铝管为中间层.内层由PE-RTI型村料制成,它与输送流体直接接触.主要起保护铝层作用,同时也有一定的抗压性能。外层由PPR制成的承圧层采用专用热熔,通过挤出成平方法复合而成的管材具有塑料管的耐蚀、抗老化、流通性好、不结垢等性能外具有抗高压、不通光、防氧,、线性影照系数低、不易变形等优点,五层多元有机复合。














The ppr-al-pert composite pipeline system of fitzweide is composed of five layers, with the overlapping aluminum pipe as the intermediate layer. The inner layer is made of pe-rti type material, which is in direct contact with the conveying fluid. It is mainly used to protect the aluminum layer and has certain compression resistance. The outer layer made of PPR is made of special hot melt and extruded into flat method. The pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good circulation and no scaling. It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, no light, oxygen resistance, low linear shadow coefficient, and easy deformation. The five layers are multi-component organic composite.






热熔:PPR-AL-PERT复合管道的熔接方式和PPR完全相同为同材质热焊接连接,连接部件合为一体,具有保证接头不渗漏的安全特性。无需剥皮、焊接成熟度高比其他复合类管道施工更加便捷。

结构:由于其独特的结构拥有三道承压层:内管层、铝层、外管层构成三道强大防线,抗压性能更高,更强;三道结构,加倍承受,耐压安全.

工艺:采用独持的生产加工技术使塑铝结合处100%粘合,不留一丝间隙,剥离强度更高从根本上杜绝了塑铝结合处脱开的情况发生。
性能:在设计时充分考虑了    PPR材料的此种特性,通过对管材结构和材料的改进,让其低温抗冲性能有了质的提高在零下5度的情况下受到外力重击扁而不破。

Technology: the unique production and processing technology is adopted to make the plastic aluminum joint 100% bonded, leaving no gap, higher peel strength, and fundamentally prevent the occurrence of plastic aluminum joint separation.
Performance: this kind of property of PPR material was fully considered in the design. Through the improvement of pipe structure and material, the low temperature impact resistance of PPR material was improved qualitatively, and it was flattened by external force at minus 5 degrees without breaking.
